Builders & Post-Renovation
Construction dust and residue need a reviewed scope. Tell us about the renovation and we will assess what the property needs before work begins.
Bond, Move-out & Pre-sale
Presentation-ready detail for handover — interiors, oven, cupboards and agreed window work, prepared for inspection or photography.
Every visit has a four-hour minimum for each cleaner on site. Duration follows your agreed scope — there is no fixed time cap and no guaranteed completion window. If more time is needed, we discuss and agree any additional cost with you before proceeding.
Inclusions and exclusions are agreed in your written quote. Please identify windows, tracks and additional detail work for review rather than assuming they are included. Bond, builders and heavy-contamination work needs a reviewed scope.
